How can I change my package's invoice?
At Buyee, we write invoices based on the information published on the original product page, and it will serve as the official document for customs clearance.
If you find that the Package Type or the contents type listed on your [My Page] does not accurately represent the item you bought, you can revise the invoice by yourself from [My Page].
Please notice, that the item price on the invoice cannot be edited - it will remain as the same price as when you bought it.
■How to edit the invoice:
Please go to [My Page] -> [Package Information] -> [Shipping Information] -> [Edit Invoice]
Example: You have bought 15 comic books, but those items has listed as "Toys" in the Invoice information.
→In this case, you can edit the invoice to categorize your items as "books".↵
