There is an item in my package, that has a marked value of 0 yen in the invoice.

When an item arrives in several packages to our warehouse, or the package includes a free gift from the seller, the item price may be registered as 0 yen in your invoice.
Unfortunately, when your invoice includes a 0 yen item, you cannot complete the payment procedure for the Shipping Costs. Please follow the steps below to edit your invoice information and continue the payment procedure for the shipment.

■How to edit the invoice: 
Please go to [My Page] -> [Package Information] -> [Shipping Information] -> [Edit Invoice] and edit the price information

You can also contact us and provide the package number then we will help to edit the information for you.
