How do I apply for the Package Consolidation service?
Please login to your [My Page] → [Package Information] → [In Storage], and select your preferred package in order to apply Package Consolidation service.
Please kindly note that only the packages that have arrived at our warehouse can apply for the service.

*If the declared value exceeds 200,000JPY or the total weight exceeds the EMS limitation of the destination country, you will not able to apply for the consolidation.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and would kindly ask for your understanding.
