It shows [free shipping] on the item page, why I still have to pay for the domestic shipping fee?

Therefore, we ask sellers to send items to our warehouse with a tracking number.
If the seller or store had indicated that they will send out the items without a tracking number, we will ask them to change the shipping method to one with a tracking number.
Additionally, we will select a shipping method that has the lowest possible shipping fee.
Therefore, even it shows "free shipping" on the item page, you still might need to pay for the domestic shipping fee if the domestic shipping method has been changed.
