Upon obtaining a coupon, you need to use it at the [Check Payment Information] screen to deduct the consolidation service fee.See below for detailed instructions.
In order to use the coupon you must first acquire it.
To confirm the coupons you have, go to [Coupon Information] under Activity in your [My Page], and acquire them there. Please confirm that you have acquired the coupon, before trying to use it.
Coupons for consolidation service fee free can be used when paying for the costs of shipping outside of Japan. By selecting a package and clicking [Ship Package], you will be taken to the [Check Payment Information] screen.On the [Check Payment Information] screen, you can select the coupon from under the [Fee Breakdown] .
