What happens if I purchase a product with downloadable content or if the downloadable content is included in my order as a bonus?

Normally, the products ordered by Buyee will arrive at our warehouse, but in regards to downloadable content, data, etc. we will update the file to customer's 【My page】 or send them to you by email after we received the file from the seller/store.

If you purchased downloadable content from BOOTH, etc., or if the purchased product includes downloadable content as a bonus, please contact customer support. We will confirm your case as soon as we receive your inquiry.
