What will happen, if my won auction item does not arrive at Buyee warehouse?
If an item has not been delivered to Buyee warehouse because of the seller or any delivery accidents, we will start an investigation.
Basically, refunds can be applied to items that haven't arrived Buyee warehouse within 30 days after the end of an auction (pre-order items and items ships from outside of Japan are excluded). If we are unable to confirm the delivery to our warehouse, you will be refunded.
