My order / won product has arrived at the warehouse, but the package information is not shown in【My Page】?

When items arrived at our warehouse, it will take about 1-2 days for package weight/size calculation and package registration.

After the related process is complete you are able to confirm your package information from your 【My Page】＞【Package information】.

You will then be able to arrange your package shipment and other additional optional services.
