To prevent any problems and inconveniences during the bidding and purchase process, unfortunately we cannot allow our users to place bids on auctions from sellers with low ratings.

For Buyee giving the best possible bidding experience to our customers is paramount. Since the overall rating includes reviews from both bidders and sellers, only ratings from bidders will be taken into consideration for our evaluation standard.

Moreover, the ratings are constantly updated. Thus, it is possible that you are not allowed to place your bids on a seller's auction even if you could in the past, since we keep on constantly reviewing the seller's rate.

For the reasons above, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our decision to block certain sellers from our service, and we apologize for any inconvenience cased.
