Is it possible to change to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) a package that was paid for before the new 20% tariff rate system was applied?

Unfortunately, once a package enters our shipping queue, we are unable to change its shipping method from DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This is because the customs information and shipping label were already created under the DDU system and cannot be modified once the process has begun.

For these packages, you will be responsible for paying any customs duties and fees when the package arrives in the US. The shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS) will contact you directly with instructions on how to pay these fees before the package is delivered. We recommend tracking your package closely and keeping an eye out for any communication from the carrier or contacting them directly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make international shipping as smooth as possible for you.
