Is there still going to be an option to not prepay the tariffs and to pay on entry into the USA?
To provide the best and most reliable shipping experience for our customers, all packages to the USA are now shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we will handle all customs duties upfront on your behalf, so you won't have to worry about them upon your package's arrival in the US.
At this time, we no longer offer a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping option where tariffs are paid upon entry.
As a result of this change, a flat 20% prepaid tariff fee, based on your invoice amount, is applied at checkout for all eligible shipping methods to the US.
We have set this flat rate to simplify a complex process. Because various product categories can be subject to different tariff rates, and unexpected fees can arise during customs, this consistent rate helps ensure a smoother and more reliable clearance process for every shipment.
We believe this change will provide a much more streamlined and stress-free shopping experience for you. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these new customs regulations.
