Can I receive a compensation, if the item is not an authentic brand item?

Appraising and guaranteeing items authenticity is not part of our warehouse inspection. Therefore, any negotiations with stores to return or change your item will not be accepted, even if you have received a fake item.

Also, fake brand items are not covered for compensation even under Standard Plan or Inspection Plan.
We urge customers to consider and confirm the item carefully before bidding.
