What will happen if an item sent by a store is found to be a wrong item at Buyee's warehouse?
■For items ordered with Standard Plan or Inspection Plan
When we found that a store has sent a wrong item, we will contact the seller regarding the situation and see if we are able to receive the correct item or we will cancel your order and make a refund to your payment method. (except for plan fee)
■For items ordered with Insured Delivery Plan or Lite Plan
Inspection service is not included to these plans' service, therefore your item is NOT viable for a refund or cancellation, even if it is an incorrect item.
