What will it happen if the item has determined that the store has sent a wrong item at the inspection service?

■For items ordered with the Standard Plan or Inspection Plan

We will cancel your order and make the refund, when we found that the store has sent a wrong item.

■For items ordered with the Insured Delivery Plan or Lite Plan

Inspection service is not included to the plan service and your item is NOT viable for a refund, even it was incorrect item.
