What will it happen if the item has determined that the store has sent a wrong item at the inspection service?

■For items ordered with the 【Standard Plan】 or 【Inspection Plan】

When we found that a store has sent the wrong item, we will contact the seller regarding the situation and see if we are able to receive the correct item or we will cancel your order and make a refund to your payment method.(except for plan fee)

■For items ordered with the Insured 【Delivery Plan】 or 【Lite Plan】

Inspection service is not included in the plan service and your item is NOT viable for a refund, even it was an incorrect item.
