Why my ordered item cancelled when there are price hike happened?
When an order contains multiple items and the item price rises over 5% from the price when you place the order, the following correspondence will be applied according to the options selected at the time of ordering.
If you choose 【Purchase available items】, we will cancel the purchase of price-hiked items and only purchase the rest items in the order.
If you choose 【Cancel the whole order】, we will cancel the purchase of all the items in the order.
If you would like to purchase the item even with the higher price, please kindly place the order with us again.
