Can I cancel the consolidation service or protective packaging service after I submit the request?
We are sorry that we cannot accept any reason for cancellation once you submit your application for Package Consolidation or Protective Packaging services.
We cannot accept the cancellation of these service becase of the following reasons:
1. When multiple products have to be consolidated at the same time， it is possible that the smaller products will get lost during the process.
2. It is difficult to repack the items as we originally received them after we have finished the process for Package Consolidation or Protective Packaging.
Please conside the information above very carefully before you apply for a Package Consolidation or Protective Packaging service.
