If I receive the product in damaged condition, what should I do?

[If you applied for Standard Plan or Insured Delivery Plan when you placed an order/bid]
Once Buyee has confirmed that the situation is qualified to be compensated, we will refund you.

Please contact [] with the following information within 14 days from receiving the package
① 2-3 photos of the outer packaging
② 2-3 clear photos of the damaged items
③ Auction ID or order number, and package number
