What happens if I am absent when the package is delivered?

Normally, if you aren't home when the shipping carrier try to deliver your package, they will leave a paper slip. You can use the tracking number on the paper slip to ask the shipping carrier to re-schedule the shipping again.

Please kindly note that if the shipping carrier didn't receive your redelivery request, they might return the package to Buyee's warehouse.

In addition, since there is a storage period in the delivery office, we will suggest you schedule a redelivery as soon as possible.
