Q: Is it possible to purchase and ship medicine using Buyee?
A: No. Buyee does not support the purchase or shipment of any pharmaceutical products.
Please note that our policy has recently changed. While Class 2 and Class 3 over-the-counter medicines were previously permitted from specific stores, all pharmaceutical products are now strictly prohibited, regardless of their classification, seller, or intended use.
Because Buyee is a proxy service explicitly designed for international shipping, we cannot allow domestic delivery within Japan as an alternative.
Our system automatically filters out prohibited items; however, if a pharmaceutical product is successfully purchased due to listing misclassifications or system bypasses, the item will be stopped at our warehouse. In these instances, international shipment will not be possible, and Buyee may be unable to issue a refund.
