If I receive the product in damaged condition, what should I do?

Once Buyee has confirmed that the situation is qualified to be compensated, we will refund you.
Please contact [support@buyee.jp] with the following information within 14 days from receiving the package
① 2-3 photos of the outer packaging
② 2-3 clear photos of the damaged items
③ Auction ID or order number, and package number

We are sorry that we will not accept any complaints or request for refund when you receive a damaged product.
