How do I use my international shipping discount coupon??
Upon obtaining a coupon, you need to use it at the [Check Payment Information] screen for your International Shipping Fee. See below for detailed instructions.
In order to use a coupon you must first acquire it. To confirm the coupons you have, go to [Coupon Information] under Activity in your [My Page], and acquire them there. Please confirm that you have acquired the coupon, before trying to use it.
Coupons for international shipping discount can be used when paying for the costs of shipping outside Japan. By selecting a package and clicking [Ship Package], you will be taken to the [Check Payment Information] screen.
On the [Check Payment Information] screen, you can select a coupon from under the [Fee Breakdown] header.
