Why has my package not arrived after shipping out from the Buyee warehouse?

■If you applied for Inspection Plan or Lite Plan
We normally do not accept tracking requests or refund related costs to shipping company.
Please kindly contact and confirm the package status with your local post office or customs.
If the tracking status shows that the package has not shipped out from Japan, please contact our customer support through the contact form with your package number or tracking number.
