What will happen when I wasn't able to pick up my package from my local post office in time and it was returned to Japan.

When a package is returned to Japan, it will be delivered to our warehouse and we will register it again with a new package number to your [My Page].

You will need to pay for the Shipping Costs again for your package from your [My Page], in order to send it again.

Please note that depending on the shipping method, it may be charged for the returning fees. Also, we would not refund the former international shipping fees for packages which have once arrived in your country then got returned back to Japan.
