If I won multiple items from the same seller, can I ask the seller to ship out all the items in one package?

Unfortunately, we are sorry that we cannot meet this kind of request.

Buyee has multiple accounts that are used for bidding, so even if all the won auctions are from the same seller, the winning accounts might be different. And there might be other Buyee customers who have won auctions from the same seller as you.

In order to prevent the items from being sent to a wrong customer, we ask the sellers to process each auction individually and ship them separately. Each item has its own number for our management. This can ensure that your item is not accidentally sent to a different Buyee customer.

Moreover, since we will not ask the seller to send out the items in one package, it will cause extra domestic Japanese shipping fee each item. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Once your items arrive at our warehouse separately, you can apply for Package Consolidation service if you wish to ship them all together.
